10. Site management, coordination, and construction management with the objective:
- to analyse the elemental tasks for carrying out the works • to determine their coordination, as well as their critical path by means of graphic documents
- to coordinate, in time and space, the activity of the different trades when carrying out the Works

12. Preparing and management of project:
- identifying requirements
- building project brief
- measured drawings
- existing conditions survey
- technical studies (technical reports together with architectural and functional reports) to inform the Client as to the state of repair of the building and the feasibility of the operation

13. Assistance/organisation
14. Assistance with hand over of Works. This service includes the following:
- organise preparations for hand over of the Works
- monitor the making good of defects recorded at hand over until completed
- examine disorders notified by the Client; and
- compile the “as-built“ file of the Works as carried out necessary for their operation
