Mediation: The parties agree to submit any dispute to mediation under the auspices of a mediator jointly appointed by the parties and in accordance with the rules of the [xxxx] Mediation Centre. Mediation shall be initiated within 30 days of a request by either party and shall not exceed 60 days, unless otherwise agreed. If no settlement is reached at the end of the mediation process, the parties may refer the dispute to the competent court as defined in the contract.
