The parties agree to submit this Agreement to the provisions of French law (Intellectual Property Code), in respect to all aspects of the Agreement which relate to the intellectual property of the services to be provided under this Agreement.
- Note: during negotiations, be aware that French copyright law is more protective of authors than some foreign clients fear. This may be a competitive disadvantage for French service providers when negotiating against non-French counterparts.
